I choose democracy. I choose decency, truth, ethics, kindness, sustainability, inclusion, fairness, equality, diversity, caring for our planet, our climate, our wildlife, and each other. I choose evolving and changing for the better, and moving forward, not backwards. I choose freedom, having choice, and respecting others choices, and creating opportunity for all. I choose peace, justice, abiding by the rule of law and applying it to all equally. I choose transparency, accountability, embracing a variety of opinions, beliefs, and cultures, accepting and respecting our differences, acknowledging no one is perfect, and honoring those who work for the greater good or fight for our freedom for their service. I choose right over wrong, good over evil.
I choose democracy over a dictatorship.
